1. Information we handle
Account and contact details may include your name, email address, phone number and date of birth. Appointment records include the service, schedule, status and notes you provide. When relevant to your care, your record may also contain health information, laboratory results, treatment history, consent documents and a captured signature.
Authentication and hosting providers process technical information needed to operate the service, such as session identifiers, IP addresses and security logs. Please provide only information relevant to your account or care and avoid uploading someone else’s records without authority.
2. How we use your information
We use information to manage accounts and appointments, contact you about visits, maintain client records, prepare consent forms, provide aftercare and protect the service. Health information is handled for care-related purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Where consent is required, the studio will explain the specific processing and request it.
A treatment consent and permission to use a signature relate to the named treatment or document. They do not automatically authorize promotional use of your photographs or unrelated marketing. Ask the studio about any separate permissions before agreeing.
4. Documents, signatures and retention
Uploaded documents are checked for supported format and size. Electronic signatures captured in the portal are embedded in the relevant PDF with signing details. A signed replacement can leave the original archived in the client record.
Information is retained for the period needed for care, account administration and applicable legal obligations. Archiving a record hides it from routine use and does not immediately erase stored copies. Ask the studio about its retention schedule and whether your request permits deletion; some records may need to be retained.
5. Cookies and account security
The account service uses cookies or similar session storage to keep you signed in and support security. Blocking these may prevent account features from working. This website does not include an advertising or analytics tracker in its application code.
Keep your credentials private, sign out on shared devices and contact the studio if you suspect unauthorized access. Access controls and private file storage reduce exposure, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate details, information about its use, restriction or deletion, and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent. The studio may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records.
Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing and may affect services that require that information. You may also raise a concern with the Philippines’ National Privacy Commission.

Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting how your information is used will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
