1. Using this website

The website is operated for Juana Beauty & Aesthetics in Antipolo, Rizal. Use it lawfully and provide accurate information. If you do not agree with these terms, you may contact the studio by phone instead of using account or booking features. This site is not an emergency service.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and use only an account you are authorized to access. Tell the studio promptly if your contact details change or you suspect unauthorized access. Staff access is assigned by the studio; creating a client account does not provide permission to access other clients’ information.

If you are under 18 or require assistance giving valid consent, contact the studio before booking so it can explain any guardian or representative requirements. Account access may be limited if needed to address misuse, protect records or comply with law.

3. Appointments and changes

A submitted booking request is subject to availability and studio confirmation. Check the appointment status or contact the studio if you are unsure whether a visit has been confirmed. Please arrive at the agreed time and tell the team as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Any deposit, cancellation charge or refund policy must be explained by the studio before you commit to it. This website does not process payments. Displayed prices, promotions, opening hours and services may change; confirm the current details with the team when booking.

4. Treatments and consent

Website descriptions are general information. Treatment suitability, risks, alternatives and aftercare must be discussed with the practitioner before you decide to proceed. Results vary between people and no particular result is guaranteed by a photograph, testimonial or service description.

Provide relevant health information accurately and ask questions before signing a consent form. A form does not replace a practitioner’s explanation. Sample forms used in local design previews are for review and must be approved by the clinic before actual treatment use.

5. Documents and electronic signatures

Upload only documents you own or have permission to provide. Do not upload malicious files, executable content or unrelated personal information. Supported uploads are PDFs up to 25 MB; promotional image uploads are restricted to authorized staff.

When using the signature feature, the client or authorized signer reviews the named document, provides their own signature and agrees to its use. Reception staff may help capture it on the device. Do not sign for another person without authority. The saved PDF contains the signature and relevant signing details; this feature is not a certificate-based digital signature service.

6. Acceptable use and website content

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, impersonate a staff member, interfere with the website, scrape private records or use it to send unauthorized messages. Juana branding, photographs and website content may not be reused for commercial purposes without permission. You retain your rights in documents you provide.

7. Availability and third parties

Features may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or provider interruptions. Keep copies of documents you need and contact the studio for time-sensitive requests. Links to maps and external services are governed by those providers’ terms. The studio is not responsible for content on independently operated websites.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Disputes are subject to applicable Philippine law and the rights available to you under that law.
